Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will not be accepted and will be returned.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. There is no strict daily withdrawal limit; however, weekly limits apply to accounts that have not completed full identity verification.
Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically processed within 15 – 30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX take 1 – 3 hours on business days.
